Momordica grosvenorii is a unique precious gourd plant in China, known as a good medicine and good fruit. The fruit contains mogroside, which is extremely sweet, 300 times sweeter than sucrose. The sweetness is close to granulated sugar and slightly similar to the aftertaste of licorice. It is generally used as a food sweetener. It can be compounded with erythritol to double the sweetness of erythritol from 0.6 times.
