Aspartame is a white crystalline powder or granular non carbohydrate artificial sweetener, which has a clean sweet taste, about 200 to 300 times sweeter than sugar. It also contains less calories than ordinary sugar, so it is widely used as a substitute for sugar.

1. What is the difference between Aspartame, Sucralose and Neotame?
Aspartame is 200 times sweeter than sucrose, sucralose is 600 times sweeter than sucrose.
Sucralose is a non-nutritive sweetener whereas aspartame is a nutritive sweetener, which is the key difference between sucralose and aspartame.
