1. What is the difference between Aspartame, Sucralose and Neotame?
Aspartame is 200 times sweeter than sucrose, sucralose is 600 times sweeter than sucrose.
Sucralose is a non-nutritive sweetener whereas aspartame is a nutritive sweetener, which is the key difference between sucralose and aspartame.
