Acesulfame-K is a food additive, a chemical, similar to saccharin, easy to dissolve in water, increases the sweetness of food, has no nutrition, good taste, no heat, no metabolism and absorption in the human body (it is an ideal sweetener for middle-aged and elderly people, obese patients and diabetes patients), and has good stability to heat and acid. It is the fourth generation synthetic sweetener in the world.
