Pullulan for ODF (Oral Dissolve Film)

Pullulan polysaccharide is a kind of extracellular water-soluble mucopolysaccharide similar to dextran and xanthan gum produced by pullulan pullulans fermentation.

 It is elastic in structure and has high solubility. Pullulan polysaccharide has strong film-forming property, gas resistance, plasticity and viscosity, and has excellent characteristics such as easily soluble in water, non-toxic and harmless, colorless and tasteless.

It has broad application prospects in medicine, food, petroleum, chemical industry and other industries, and can be used as film coating agent and thickener in candy, chocolate coating, film sheet, compound flavoring and fruit and vegetable juice drinks.
